二、机器特点The machine features：

1、本机用于成人护理垫、床垫、宠物垫装袋封口的半自动包装机，人工套袋后的自动封口封切吹废料。This machine is used for the semi automatic packing machine for the bag seal of adult nursing mats,mattresses and pet pads.Automatic sealing and cutting of waste material;

2、采用PLC电脑编程控制，液晶文本显示参数，可对相关系统进行参数设置，实现了人机对话，控制更加清晰；Adopting PLC computer programming control and LCD text display parameters, parameters can be set for relevant systems, realizing man-machine dialogue and clearer control;

3、本机3个人操作，降低企业制造成本与管理成本，减小生产空间；The machine is operated by 3 persons to reduce the manufacturing cost and management cost and reduce the production space.

4、利用电机来实现左右推料模式，使气缸快速送料进袋，可选用双机头或单机头操作；Motor is used to material pushing,make the cylinder fast feeding into the bag,can choose the double head or single machine operation.

5、包装封口效果美观，整齐，控制定位准确，全半自动化操作，只需人工套袋，成品自动输送出来；Beautiful and neat sealed,accurate control,full & half automation,artificial bagged only,finished product carry out automatically.

6、整机结构合理，性能稳定，材料坚固，带水冷保护发热丝，使发热丝和耐高温胶布；The whole machine has reasonable structure, stable performance, strong material, heating wire with water cooling protection, which is durable for heating wire and high temperature resistant tape;

7、先感应后工作，使工人使用起来更有安全感；Induction before work, so that workers use more sense of security.

8、同一台机可包装各种规格产品。Can be used for various products packaging.
